Limelane Return & Exchange Policy

At Limelane, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and personalized/customized products are not eligible for return.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at HELLO@THELIMELANE.COM with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.
  3. Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of the same value (e.g., size or color changes).

  • Steps for Exchange:
    1. Email us at [your email] to request an exchange.
    2. Follow the same process as returns for sending the item back.
    3. Once we receive the original item, we’ll ship the replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at HELLO@THELIMELANE.COM, and we’ll make it right!
