At Limelane, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and personalized/customized products are not eligible for return.
How to Return

- We’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.
- Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of the same value (e.g., size or color changes).

Damaged or Incorrect Items
